Q: What is the meaning of "100% Worry Free Guarantee"?
A: We are guarantee the bobblehead is going to look like you.  If for any reason you are not happy with the outcome of the product prior to shipment (before we ship your order), you can cancel your order and received full refund.

**100% Worry Free Guarantee is subject to an order with "good front picture(s)". Without a "good" front photo, we can not magically create a bobblehead with a good likeness.

A "good" front picture is defined as clear,  and one where the head is NOT turned/tilted in any direction (ie. mug shot). The head must also be eye level with the camera. See samples:

Q: What is consider "Bad" or "Trouble" photos that is not 100% Guarantee?
A: A good bobblehead required good photo to work with.  Trouble or bad photos are ones that have the following:

  • Blurry.

  • thumbnail size (too small to see the facial detail)-image must be able to fill 1/4 of the screen

  • head tilted to the left or right.

  • head is raised up or looking down.

  • head not level with the camera.

It is fair to say that you sent us good photos and we will make sure you are happy with the end results or your money back.

 

Q: Isn't there another company also offer a similar guarantee?
A: This is good for the consumer. We advised you to order one from us and one from them and find out which company can make the best bobblehead. Then simply cancel the ones that you don't like and get your money back.

By doing this, you can be sure you will get the best custom-made bobblehead!

 

Q: Why all bobblehead companies claimed they are the best?
A: Again, If they provided 100% Worry Free Guarantee, We advised you to order one from us and one from them and find out which company can make the best bobblehead. Then simply cancel the ones that you don't like and get your money back.

This is only way to prove which company can make the best custom-made bobblehead!

 

Q: Can I still order If I do not have good front shot photo?
A: Yes, you can, but you should not qualify for the 100% Guarantee. We can create reasonable likeness by hand, not by computer.

Q: Why the guaranteed end after it shipped?
A: Since this is a custom made product and it is made especially for you, once you have approved it for shipment, we have already fulfilled our responsibility.

 

Q: How do you compare your machine made versus hand made bobbleheads?
A: Hand made sculpting is very error prone, hand paint cannot capture the details of your face. That is why it is difficult for a hand-made bobblehead to have the close likeness of the individual. A computer rendering a 3D head is copied directly from your photo. There is no hand painting involved and thus eliminated errors in the painting process.

 

Q: Is the bobblehead will have the same exact color from my photo?
A: Not exactly the same color. because the material we used is not the same as the photo printing paper, thus the color may vary, it maybe lighter or darker.

ie. Printing on photo paper and regular paper do not print the same hue.

 

Q: This is a surprise gift, I could not get a clear photo, can I still use your technology?
A:
No, since your photo is directly copy onto our 3D burst head, we required a clear, vivid color photo. However, we can still use hand-made process to finish your bobblehead or your can order from my sister site: www.headbobble.com

 

Q: How much does it cost to get a custom bobble head from Headbobble?
A: The cost depends on the body you choose. The average is $89-99. This includes your custom face on the bobble head.

 

Q: Can I put my friend’s face on the bobble head?
A: Yes. In fact, that is what we do. We create a custom bobble head based on your picture.

 

Q: How long does it take to make a custom bobble head?
A: Our standard delivery is 4-6 weeks. Meaning you will receive your bobble head order within 6 weeks from the time we receive adequate pictures.

 

Q: I don’t have a side profile. I only have a front picture. Is that ok?
A: Yes, we can use only the front picture as long as it is a good, straight-on head shot. The person’s head should NOT be tilted or turned in any direction and is eye-level with the camera.

 

Q: I want to make sure I’m not ordering the generic bobble head shown on your website. When do I upload my photos?
A: You will be prompted the upload your pictures as the very last step, AFTER you’ve finalized your order. You may also email your pictures to us. In which case, you should still finalize your order first to receive a 5-digit order number which you should reference in your email.

 

Q: I want a long-sleeved shirt instead of a T-shirt. Can I change the clothes on one of the standard bodies?
A: Yes you can. That change requires a new mold and thus would be a full custom body. Any change you make that alters the mold would deem it a full custom body and the cost for a simple full custom body is $159. Other examples include, changing the position of the hands/arms/legs and putting something in the hand.

 

Q: I don’t see the prices. Where can I find that information?
A: The price is right next to the corresponding body. Please view Male Bobblehead, Woman Bobblehead, Boy Bobblehead, Girl Bobblehead, Wedding and Couple Bobblehead, and Motorcycle Bobblehead. For example: Karate costs $94.99

 

Q: Do I get a proof?
A: Yes, you do. Once the proof photo is emailed to the customer, we must receive responds within 24 hours, otherwise the proof is considered approved and it will be shipped.

 

Q: I don’t know how to send my pictures through the internet. Can I mail them to you?
A: Yes you can. Please complete your order online to receive a 5-digit order number. Print out your order confirmation, make sure your order number is visible, and then mail that along with your pictures. Please make sure you include your email address and phone number. For time sensitive orders, it is suggested that your pictures fit our criteria so we don’t have to wait for additional photos. If you would like your pictures returned to you, please also include a self-addressed stamped envelope. Pictures will be discarded unless you send us a self-addressed stamped envelope.
